I was the principal architect leading a series of projects with Richell’s involvement. These projects include numerous high-end residential projects in Singapore, Malaysia and China and most notably 5- star resort projects in the Republic of Maldives and later on Wavehouse development, a prominent landmark in Singapore’s Sentosa Resort island. Richell’s independence, fast learning ability and leadership quality have seen her risen the rank to project manage and even lead the design of some of these projects including the Wavehouse project. Not only her interior design experience and skill have come to full use to achieve a well received result; her accumulated experience in landscape design and dealing with horticulturists has also enabled her to contribute greatly in the landscape design.
Richell is a keen learner with intelligence and dedication and she definitely possess good design flare. She is also very hard working and a good team player that is able to add to the cohesiveness of all environment. Furthermore, she has exceptional hand sketch skill and an eye for details in photography which are great asset for any designer. I am confident that Richell is capable of being a positive contribution in whichever field she is in and able to succeed in whichever path she put her mind into.
